Fior Di Maiella is a family-run company located at the foot of the Maiella in Abruzzo. We have been producing artisanal goods from selected home-grown natural ingredients, including aromatic herbs, legumes and cereals, since 1970.
Our family recipes have been handed down the generations. They are rooted in time and epitomise our local history and traditions. Our flavours are typical yet innovative. Our recipes blend the fruits of our work with a respect for the past, but always with an eye on the future.

Il Brigante: ‘real spice’
We have revived an ancient southern recipe using spicy red chillies – the king of condiments – that give the sauce its typically fiery-red colour and intense aroma.
This delicious chilli sauce, beloved not only by fans of spicy foods, is excellent on crostini as an appetiser, but also for spicing up pasta dishes and any other dishes that benefit from strong flavours.
