Our selection of rices and organic rices are carefully sourced from Italian producers who cultivate their crops in harmony with nature and the land.
CARNAROLI: an excellent product with large firm, grains suitable for the preparation of gourmet risottos and tasty salads. Rich in amylose, it retains its stability during cooking thanks to its ability to absorb liquids and release little starch.
NERONE: a pleasantly aromatic wholegrain rice that releases the aroma of freshly baked bread when cooked. Its intense black colour make it ideal as a side dish or with vegetables.
SELVAGGIO: a ruby-red wholegrain rice with an intense wheat flavour. This variety is particularly suitable for the preparation of original side dishes, served with sautéed vegetables or in fillings.
